Welcome to Dot Info Tech. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Delivery

Orders are processed and delivered within 3 to 5 working days, unless otherwise stated. Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability.

Deliveries are handled by Courier Guy and Pudo. Courier fees (plus VAT) will be applied based on the total weight of your order.

Collection: Customers may collect orders by contacting us in advance to make arrangements.

East Rand Deliveries: For deliveries within the East Rand, please contact us to make prior arrangements. A minimum order value of R1,000.00 applies.

2. Returns Policy

Returns must be reported within two (2) days from the date of purchase. A 15% handling fee will apply to all returns.

Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

Opened, used, or tampered products will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

3. Guarantees and Warranties

Guarantee and warranty details are provided on the product listing prior to purchase.

4. Refunds

Refunds are only accepted for manufacturer defaults, subject to inspection within 14 working days of return.
Approved refunds will be processed and may take 7 to 10 working days to reflect in your account.

5. Payments

Payments must be made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).

Goods will only be dispatched once payment reflects on our bank statement.
